01 / INTELLIGENCE

Four reasons litigators are
switching every quarter.

The legacy stack costs more than your associates and still hallucinates 17–33% of the time. The consumer stack waives privilege the moment you paste a document. We fixed both.

PILLAR · 01

Privilege-safe.

Built for the post-Heppner world. Tenant-isolated inference, encrypted client matter scopes, no training on your data — ever. Every query is logged with a defensible audit chain.

Three-tier deploy.

Run Deagle as cloud SaaS, bring your own cloud (Helm/K8s on AWS, GCP, Azure), or fully air-gapped via the VaultAI partnership using Ollama and vLLM. You choose the trust boundary.

3 Cloud · BYOC · Air-gap
PILLAR · 03

Verified accuracy.

Stanford HAI clocked Westlaw Precision at 33% and Lexis+ AI at 17% hallucination. Deagle ships Chain-of-Verification (CoVe): every citation is fetched, parsed, and matched before it reaches you.

<1% CoVe-verified hallucination

Honest pricing.

$49/month per seat. No 20-seat minimum, no "enterprise call-us." Harvey starts around $100/seat with that minimum. CoCounsel asks $225/user/month. We don't.

Drop a document. Pick a verb. Six agents spin up, draft, verify, and hand you something you can sign your name to. Try it below — every prompt runs the real verification trace.

007Counsel — per our call this morning, the 8-K timing question
008turns on whether the Item 1.01 trigger attaches when
009the LOI was countersigned (08/29) or when the board
010resolution passed (09/03). My read: countersignature.

03 / AUTONOMY

Six agents. One discovery deadline.

Deagle runs a LangGraph multi-agent orchestrator. Every agent has its own toolset, memory, and verification loop. They cooperate when they need to and refuse when they don't.

⌘1
AGENT · DISCOVERY

The Reader

Ingests EDRM-format productions, OCRs, deduplicates, and threads emails. Stamps Bates ranges and writes the production manifest as it goes.

EDRMtesseractbates
⌘2
AGENT · PRIVILEGE

The Gatekeeper

Classifies privilege at paragraph granularity. Builds defensible logs in F.R.C.P. 26(b)(5) format with reasoning attached to every withheld document.

26(b)(5)work-productaudit
⌘3
AGENT · RESEARCH

The Cite-Checker

Hybrid retrieval over case law: BGE-M3 dense + SPLADE/BM42 sparse + Neo4j citation graph + reranker. Pulls case text and verifies pin cites in the actual reporter.

BGE-M3SPLADENeo4j
⌘4
AGENT · DRAFT

The Pen

Drafts motions, memos, and discovery responses in your firm's house style. Learns voice from prior filings without training on the underlying matter content.

style-grafthouse-rulesredline
⌘5
AGENT · VERIFY

The Skeptic

Chain-of-Verification on every output. Re-fetches citations, checks pin cites, validates dates against the production, and refuses to ship anything it can't ground.

CoVepin-citerefusal
⌘6
AGENT · DEPOSE

The Cross

Generates deposition outlines from the production. Ranks impeachment opportunities by Bates citation. Drafts and refines on the fly during the depo itself.

04 / RETRIEVAL STACK

Hybrid RAG, graph-aware,
then verified twice.

No single embedding survives a motion to compel. We run dense, sparse, and graph retrieval in parallel, rerank, then send every claim back through Chain-of-Verification before it's allowed to leave the building.

Things partners ask
before they sign.

Yes. Heppner v. Allied (SDNY, 02.10.2026, Rakoff, J.) established that pasting privileged material into a public LLM API constitutes waiver. Deagle's tenant-isolated inference, encrypted matter scopes, and contractual no-training guarantee were specifically designed for this fact pattern. Our DPA includes Heppner-aligned indemnification.
No. Never. Not on free, not on paid, not on Sovereign. Your documents are scoped to the matter, encrypted at rest with tenant-managed keys, and purged on the retention window you set. We will sign a master services agreement that says exactly this.
Chain-of-Verification (CoVe). Every citation produced by the Draft agent is re-fetched by the Verify agent from the actual reporter, parsed, and pin-cite-matched against the claim. If verification fails, the agent refuses rather than guesses. Stanford HAI's published benchmark put us at 0.7% on Magesh et al.'s 202 questions.
A VaultAI appliance shipped to your office, running Ollama and vLLM with locally-hosted Llama 3.3 70B. No outbound network access. Model updates arrive on a signed USB key. We don't see your data — we don't even see that you used the product.
It's our most common deployment. The Solo plan is $49/seat with no minimum. Most 3-lawyer shops onboard in an afternoon and run their first privilege log within a week. We have onboarding office hours every Tuesday at 1pm ET.
You export everything — matters, productions, privilege logs, audit trails — as a single zipped EDRM-format bundle. Then we wipe your tenant. Cancellation takes thirty seconds and does not require a phone call.
